Print brighter whites and light colors with this revolutionary pad printer.
Why are Dark Substrates Difficult to Pad Print?
Prior to the Brite label printing machine, it was nearly impossible to achieve a white print on a dark substrate. The reason being: a pad printed care label embeds the ink within the garment fibers. The print itself has excellent durability, however, the ink was not opaque enough to block out the dark fibers of the garment. Therefore, white tagless label prints on black garments looked grey, as did other light-colored prints on darker substrates.
The Brite label printing Machine Solution
The Brite label printing machine is the solution to increased opacity for all light pad printing ink colors. Created by Inkcups Engineers, this patented Brite process is the combination of a pad printing machine with an updated pad module and a highly-opaque Brite ink. Together, the pad printing ink and the pad printer create the most opaque printed care label possible on any pad printer.
The Brite pad printing machine has the added benefit of being used as a standard pad printer. Easily print a wide range of colors on any substrate. The Brite pad printer gives the operator the flexibility to print any color ink on any garment.
