ICN-120 Extended Forward Stroke Pad Printing Machine

The ICN-120 pad printer is a one-color sealed cup pad printer ideal for printing on items that require an extended forward stroke. This machine is great for both apparel and hard goods such as the left chest of hoodies or hard hats that are otherwise hard to print with a standard pad printing machine. Reach up to 8” (203mm) to the print area. The ICN-120 provides flexibility in both the extended forward stroke and print diameter.

The ICN-120 handles ink cups up to 4.7” (120mm) which enables it to print images up to 4.3” (110mm) in diameter. An optional pad cleaning device is also available for this machine. The pad cleaning device allows operators to clean the pad after an allotted number of prints, cleaning the pad of debris and other fibers that may be in the environment.

Extended Forward Stroke

The extension of the pad stroke allows for more versatility in printing. Get up to an 8″ (203 mm) stroke extension. Print on large or long parts with ease due to extra space provided by the extension. The ICN-120 extended forward stroke pad printer is capable of printing standard items as well.

Print Bigger

With the large 120 mm ink cup, images up to 110 mm can be printed. Significantly larger than a standard 90 mm ink cup pad printer.

Optional Accessories

Automatic Pad Cleaner

The addition of the automatic pad cleaning system allows the operator to focus on what’s important: the print, rather than keeping the pad clean for a better print. Adjust the frequency of pad cleaning to clean every 1, 5, or 10 cycles. In addition, the automatic pad cleaner can be turned off completely.

Safety Equipment

Pad printing on safety equipment is quick, easy, and cost-effective. Most safety equipment is branded in some way, such as hard hats. The unique size of the hats pose a challenge for traditional pad printers or screen printers, however, with the extended stroke of the ICN-120, there is more space to work with the part to get the print where you need it.

Pants Pockets

Pant pockets are an under-utilized space that can easily incorporate all kinds of information. Some brands put a logo, others tell a story, while some offer traditional wash instructions. However, this area of the pants is typically difficult to print due to the excess fabric. The extended stroke of the ICN-120 gives you more space to manipulate the fabric to where you want it.

Medical Containers

Printing on medical containers is a fast and effective soltion to convey the message you want. Labels such as “biohazard” and “danger” are clearly seen on a printed container. Other labeling methods such as stickers run the risk of peeling off and important labeling is gone. The ICN-120 is the perfect solution for larger containers that require a somewhat larger print than traditional 90 mm pad printers.
