How Does Our Etched Pad Printing Plate Making Service Work?

We start with your artwork (or graphics). Send them to our laser etching expert and graphic designer to turn your artwork into an engravable file. Once the artwork is prepped, the proof is sent to the customer for approval. Once the artwork is approved, the pad printing plate can be etched. The entire process typically takes about 48 hours. This is dependant upon how quickly the proof is approved. Printing plate making orders are fulfilled in one of our US or international plate-making locations and shipped within 1-2 business days.

What is my pad printing plate making options?

Inkcups offers a variety of pad printing plate materials to etch such as Cobalt Steel-back & Laser Orange(30,000 impressions), and Thick Steel (1,000,000 impressions) plate materials. In addition, plate size is also an option. Plates are available in standard sizes to fit most machines, however, custom sizes and punches are available.
