B100 1-color Tabletop Care Label Printing Machine

The ICN B100 (Inkcups Now B100) 1-color tabletop care label printing machine is a high-speed pad printer that offers a multitude of unique features and capabilities. This 1-color pad printer has been the industry standard for tagless pad printing. Several hundred pad printer B100 models for tagless printing have been installed by large garment manufacturers worldwide.

The B100 1-color tabletop care label printing machine features a 90 mm VersaCup® which enables it to print up to 80 mm (3.15 in) in diameter. Alternatively, the B100 pad printer can also use 60 mm VersaCup ink cups for smaller images up to 2 inches in diameter, a great way to reduce ink usage. Paired with one of our plates (clichés) for tagless printing and SB garment printing ink, this machine is the perfect addition to a small or large apparel production facility. The B100 1-color tabletop care label printing machine eliminates the need for heat transfer labels or large screen-printing machines. Printing at full speed, this machine’s output is between 900 to 1300 IPH.
