ICN-2200-DLI Double Long Image Pad Printing Machine

The 2200-DLI or double long image is the pad printer for printing shoe insoles, promotional products, and long parts. This heavy-duty pad printer utilizes two 90mm Inkcups VersaCups® that glide over the full length of 2 etched plates, right to left. After the cups have doctored the plates, the large pads pick up the entire graphic and print it directly onto two products. Print 2-up.

Double Long Image

Print 2 long images at the same time. Print the same artwork on both items for faster production runs or print a front/back or left/right artwork on the same item. Ideal for shoe insoles, sports equipment, and industrial applications.

Industrial Tooling

Printing on industrial tooling such as chainsaw bars is a fast and efficient way to brand your item. The double long image printer allows the user to print a different image on the back for product information and instructions.

Sporting Goods

Pad printing on long sporting goods can pose a challenge. With the addition of a second long image, the artwork can continue onto the second pad, making the image even longer.
