Tooling is the key to a successful print. It will house the part, prevent it from moving, and align it in the appropriate position for optimal printing. There are a wide variety of fixtures for inkjet printing because of the versatility of the machines:
Unique tooling molded to your part in order to facilitate perfect image transfer an fast loading/unloading. Often parts need to be printed in odd places. These hard to reach places still need to remain stationary and secure in order to withstand the pressure of a pad. That’s where tooling comes in. Each part is unique and so are our solutions.
Special tooling is also made for our Over/Under pad printers or Carousel models. In addition to fixturing the parts, our engineers develop methods to release the parts automatically for easier loading and unloading.
