BT Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-process, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. Adhere to a wide range of substrates such as ABS, SAN, acrylic, cellulose acetate butyrate, paper, corrugated board, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyester foil, polyethylene, polypropylene (pre-treated), soft & hard PVC, wood, and polyurethane.
As a two-component ink, the BT series offers exceptional abrasion resistance and extended pot life of 8-9 hours. BT Series adheres to a wide range of products and is ideal for both pad printing and screen printing. BT Series pad printing ink works best on substrates where opacity and gloss are a premium. BT Series ink is available in 23 standard, 5 metallic, and CMYK 4-color process shades. See our standard BT Color Chart below under Resources. The BT Series Ink is classified as NT (non-toxic) and is formulated with pigments which are free from heavy metals. Safety Data Sheets are
available according to EU regulation. Main indications are carried on the product label.
